If the existing landing gear on your Jayco Designer Series 5th wheel is labeled Venture, Stromberg Carlson or Lippert, you can use the Repair Kit # LG-146059 for the Lead Jack or # LG-146060 for the Follow Jack. These kits will include all the gears and pins required for repairing the follow and lead jacks.

You do want to make sure your lead and follow jacks have the same gears so they will raise and lower at the same time and be level.
