How to Carry a Hitch Mount Bike Rack on Motorhome While Also Using a Tow Dolly

Good afternoon. Wanted to now if I can use this mount with a hitch adapter. I have a motorhome and need to lower the hitch to accept my car dolly. I would like to be able to use an adapter to lower it and accept this ball mounts - while keeping the option for me to use my bike rack as well attaches to the hitch also. I suspect I can but wanted to make certain. Thank you.
