Will a #41906 fit the 99 e450

I confirmed with my contact at Draw-Tite that their Class IV 2-inch hitch # 41906 is not a confirmed fit for your 1999 Ford E-450 full-size van if it is converted to an RV. Often RVs based on this frame will have additional frame members welded on to extend it and this changes hitch fits.
You can compare the linked instructions for this hitch to your vehicle to see if it has room to install, but if it does not you might instead be better off using a universal-fit RV hitch.
On the linked page you can see all frame-mount RV hitches which are designed to fit various frame widths, such as Draw-Tite # 5350 which fits frames from 24 to 46-inches wide. Please note that all of these hitches have lower weight ratings than the custom hitch # 41906.
