Is There a Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Adapter That Does Not Require Permanent Modification to Pin Box

Can there be a adaptation of fithwheel receiver in truckbed, to attach to a installed GN ball without attaching a pernanment gooseneck adapter on the fithwheel part of the trailer? Thank you
