Trailer Hitch for 2016 Hyundai Sonata
Question:
I am trying to install a 2inch receiver hitch to accomodate a carrier for a mobility scooter. do you sell the receiver hitch in this size? if not, is there an adapter to go from the small one to 2? Thanks!

The only trailer hitches available for a 2016 Hyundai Sonata are Class I, 1-1/4" hitches such as the Curt # C11402.
While the Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HTAD can be used it will reduce the capacity of the hitch by 50 percent. That means the most your carrier and mobility scooter could weigh combined is 100 lbs.
