I went out to our warehouse and measured the Single-Speed Boat Trailer Winch part # 315-W2000D for you. The dimensions of the base are as follows; 6-1/4" long x 3-3/4" wide.

I've attached two pictures of the bolt pattern of the Fulton Winch #F142401. One shows the size of each bolt hole and the other shows the distance between the holes.
