How Wide a Coupler Lip Will The Reese Coupler Lock Accommodate?

My 2 5/16 coupler is pretty wide. Do you know how wide of a coupler will fit in this lock?

The Reese Tow and Store Lock Kit - Keyed Alike # RP7014700 has a 4 inch width between the inside edges of the u-bolt. As long as your coupler width is under 4 inches, it will work fine.
