Can Ford F-250 Factory Backup Camera be Reinstalled with Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series Tailgate

I hate to lose my rear video cam. Is there any way it can it be added back to this tailgate with a little modification?

The Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate # VG-97-4000 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2015 Ford F-250. Unfortunately Stromberg Carlson does not have a mount or adapter that will allow you to retain the use of the factory backup camera after installation. We do not have any options at this time that will allow you to do this.
I have attached an installation video on the 2016 F-250 that you can use for reference.
