Will this fit Jeep Wrangler 2018 jl rubicon with steel front bumper? If not do you have one that would fit?

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 65079 is a confirmed fit for your Jeep with steel bumper. The front metal air dam will be permanently removed for this installation. The Curt # C31086 is also a fit but isn't rated for the same load or line pull and will have slightly less ground clearance based on the crossbar design.

You can install the Curt front hitch #C31086 on your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon but you will have to modify the heat shield like you mentioned. The Draw Tite part #65079 is also a fit and requires less modification though so it would be what I would…

If your winch plate is on top of the front bumper or through the middle of it the Draw Tite hitch part #65079 will fit below it just fine. If the winch plate in any way hangs below the stock bumper location it would interfere with the hitch.
