Most versions of the 2013 Jeep Wrangler are rated to tow a maximum of 2,000 pounds. But there are a few models that have a 3,500 pound towing capacity. The models listed below have a 3,500 pound capacity. If you do not see your model then it will be rated for 2,000 pounds:

3.6 liter motor, manual transmission, 3.73 axle ratio, Four-Door Sport Model (4WD)
3.6 liter motor, automatic transmission, 3.73 axle ratio, Four-Door Sport Model (4WD)
3.6 liter motor, manual transmission, 3.73 axle ratio, Four-Door Sahara Model (4WD)
3.6 liter motor, automatic transmission, 3.73 axle ratio, Four-Door Sahara Model (4WD)
3.6 liter motor, manual transmission, 4.10 axle ratio, Four-Door Rubicon Model (4WD)
3.6 liter motor, automatic transmission, 4.10 axle ratio, Four-Door Rubicon Model (4WD)

To tow a trailer you will need a trailer hitch, ball mount, properly sized ball for the trailer coupler, and wiring for the trailer lights. I have listed out my recommendations for each of these:

etrailer hitch # e98856
Adjustable ball mount # C45900 (2 inch and 2-5/16 inch hitch balls included)
Trailer wiring harness # 118416

I have also included links to some help articles for you.
