The 2013 Wrangler Unlimited isn't equipped with a plug-in connector for installing a brake controller, but you can still hardwire the controller. The install isn't terribly difficult, we have some resources to help you though the installation. How you'll proceed with the install will depend on how your Jeep is equipped.
If it has the factory 7-way trailer connector, under the dash in the vicinity of the emergency brake pedal, you should find a coiled up light green or blue wire that could have white tag on it. It might also be located behind the kick panel to the left of the emergency brake pedal. This wire would carry the output voltage from the brake controller to the 7-way trailer connector. To complete the install, you'll need a # 5506 brake controller install kit. The kit would be used as outlined in the video I've linked for you. The controller would be installed under the dash to the right of the steering column. The blue controller wire would attach to the wire you found under the dash. The black wire would run to the positive battery terminal via the 20- or 30-amp circuit breaker included in the kit (your brake controller instructions will state which one should be used). The white wire would connect to the negative battery terminal and the red wire would connect to the stop lamp switch located at the top of the brake pedal. The switch will have several wires exiting it, you'll want to tap the red wire into the circuit that only shows voltage when the brake pedal is pressed (you can use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to determine this). This should be a brown/white striped wire.
If your Wrangler has a 4-pole trailer connector, you'd use our # ETBC7 kit. The controller would install as outlined above, but you'd use the adapter in the kit to convert the 4-pole to a 7-way. You'd also need to run a wire up to the passenger cab to carry the output voltage.
If you don't have a 4-pole connector, you'd begin by installing the # 118416, then proceed as mentioned above.
I've linked you to some installation videos and FAQ articles that will walk you through the installation, step by step.
