The vent opening on the Valterra Spaceport Adjustable A/C Ceiling Vent # A10-3357VP referenced in your question features a diameter of right at 3-13/16 inches. I have attached an image with this dimension labeled that you can also check out.
The vent has an overall outer diameter of 6-7/16 inches. I have included a short video demonstration on the vent as well.
