Recommended Stability Enhancement for Lippert Power Stabilizer Jacks

Question:

I currently have these on my camper. I still get a lot of movement with these are extended. They are not all the way extended. Do they require full extension inorder to give the same Foundation as scissor jacks? Thinks of swapping out for scissor jacks as those dont allow the movement.

If you are experiencing that much movement with the Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707, that is definitely not normal and I recommend checking them to ensure there is no damage to the unit. It is possible they are not mounted in the best spot for your specific trailer, but no matter the extension, they should be stabilizing your trailer to limit movement.

You do have some options. You can add scissor jacks like # UF48-979002 and drill adapter # UF48-979005 or you can use further supports like the Lippert Components JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Travel Trailer Kit # LC191025 along with the Adapter Kit for Electric Stabilizer Jacks # LC314597.
