It sounds like you are needing an idler hub like the Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-35-K which has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and is compatible with 3,500 lb axles.
Hubs are specific fits though and I am unsure as to what size axle you have on your Jayco 17Z. If you could confirm your axle weight rating (which should be in the owner's manual or stamped in the middle of the axle itself) I can verify if this will fit your application or not.
