I have a 95 Caochmen Santara 32foot class c. Could I use these Jacks for leveling? Or is it just to stabilize?

The Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks # UF48-979031 that you referenced can be used for leveling and stabilization. They have a support capacity per jack of 6,500 lbs and as long as you aren't trying to lift the wheels of the RV off the ground you'd be fine.
