Rear Helper Springs for a 2012 Ford F-150 4x4 and Forest River Stealth Model 1913

Question:

Is the Timbren a good solution for a 2012 F150 4X4 towing a Forest River Stealth model 1913? We also have a Yamaha YXZ 1000 SS that is inside. We experience a lot of SAG and handling issues currently and are looking at our best options.

Timbren rear helper springs # TFR1504D for your 2012 Ford F-150 4x4 will definitely help with the sag you are experiencing when towing your Stealth toy hauler. But when not towing or carrying a load in the truck bed you will likely experience a stiffer ride, more jarring on bumps than the stock suspension.

For a similar option that features a softer spring style we have SumoSprings # SSR-117-40 rated at 1,000 pounds, or # SSR-117-47 rated at 1,500 pounds. These springs will have more give so they won't affect the unloaded ride quality as much as the Timbren springs.
