We have a 2500 Silverado, would that be o.k. for 5th wheel ?

Yes, a 2500HD series Chevy Silverado would be great for towing a fifth wheel. I don't know what year truck you have in mind or the length of the bed but with that info I can give you a hitch and rail kit recommendation.
