I am installing the Furrion Digital Wireless Backup Camera w/ Color LCD Monitor - 4.3inch Screen Item # FOS43TASF on a 2018 Keystone Hideout 31RBDS. The prewired camera location reads 9.3 volts on the meter. Is this adequate to power the 12v camera?

Yes, the camera that is included with the Furrion Digital Wireless Backup Camera part # FOS43TASF has an operating range of 8-30 volts therefore the 9.3 volts you have at the pre-wired camera location on your 2018 Keystone Hideout 31RBDS would be sufficient for this system.
