5th Wheel Base Rails Needed for a 1989 Chevy K3500

Not sure which model to look at as far as bed rails, but trying to find the best match for my truck, need to know which one or ones will fit my 1989 chevy k3500

Since you have an older pickup you will need to use universal bed rails. The B&W Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit # BWRVR3200 that you referenced will fit and work great on your 1989 Chevy K3500 with an 8' bed.
For a compatible 5th wheel hitch I recommend using the B&W Patriot. This hitch comes in a 16K version # BWRVK3200 as well as an 18K version # BWRVK3255, is made in the USA, and is considered by most to be the best 5th wheel hitch out there. The best part about the Patriot is that the head is easily removed which makes moving the hitch in and out of your truck bed much easier.
