I have a 2011 Heartland Elkridge 27rlss I just purchased the front landing gear run smooth up and down without a load I oiled and greased the landing gear as soon as I put under a load it goes slower and slower and Pops a fuse is this a motor or what , what motor do I put on for replacement the one on it is made in China RPM 7140.

What brand of landing gear do you have now? If it's Lippert, LCI, Venture, or Stromberg the part #LC196308 would be a higher rated motor for it that would work quicker but if you have something else let me know.

It's probably time for a new motor and gear box like you suspected. The part #LC276602 that you referenced is the correct gear box and then for a motor #LC196308 and you'd be set.
