How to Mount a Curt Q5 5th Wheel Hitch on a 2016 Ram 2500

I recently purchased used fifth wheel wanting to make sure I get the right under mount kit my truck is 2016 dodge ram 2500 crew cab short bed fifth wheel is 16525 q5 rollerplease let me know thank you

According to my research, the Curt Q5 5th Wheel Hitch part 16525 uses above bed industry standard base rails (ISR). Therefore, in order to use this hitch in the bed of your 2016 Ram 2500 you are going to want to use the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16427-204. This kit is a custom fit for your Ram and will not require drilling into the frame rails.
