To carry a motorcycle on your 2017 Toyota Sienna, I recommend starting with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75237 rated for a tongue weight of 675 lbs. Your vehicle states the tongue weight capacity of the vehicle is 385 lbs (11 percent of 3,500).
For your trailer wiring, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118648 unless you have the SE model in which case I recommend # 118498. This will give you a 4-way flat trailer connection for lighted accessories or a small trailer without trailer brakes.
If your motorcycle is less than 334 lbs, you can use the Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches - With Ramp - 80" Long - 500 lbs # UF48-979033 (because the carrier weighs 51 lbs and this also counts toward the tongue weight on your vehicle). If the combination is over 385 lbs then you will need to use a trailer like # K2MMT5X7 and a ball mount like # 989900. If you use the trailer, I recommend the Tow-Rax Removable Wheel Chock # TWSPWM.
For either application, I recommend the 1" x 18" Tie-Down Motorcycle Assist Straps # 06303 and the Erickson Ratcheting Motorcycle Tie-Down Straps w Long Safety Hooks # EM05710.
