Wiring Needed to Add a 7-Way Trailer Connector for a Brake Controller on a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500
Question:
2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi Sport. 4 pin connection at rear of truck. I am interested in the #90195-3020P controller. I will need additional wiring and a 7 pin plug to connect to an RV. Can you give me the part numbers I will need? Thanks for your time.

Since you have a 4-way trailer connector at the rear of your 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 use our # ETBC7 kit to convert it to a 7-way. This kit plugs into your existing 4-way for the lighting functions and then includes the 7-way and the wiring for the 12 volt power, reverse light, and trailer brake circuits. It also includes the circuit breakers you need.
Other than the # ETBC7 kit you need the Prodigy P3, part # 90195, and the adapter that plugs in under your truck's dash, part # 3020-P, that you mentioned.
