Replacement Actuator Recommendation for TieDown Disc Actuator on Boat Trailer
Question:
I’d like to replace the Tiedown surge brake actuator that is on my Roadking aluminum trailer. The actuator has the electric lockout. Trailer has tandem axles with 12” disc brakes. Current ball size is 2 5/16” and trailer is sized for my 2006 Monterey 270 cabin cruiser. I assume the trailer was manufactured around the same time. There is a strap on the rear axle that is stamped with CAP 6000. What would be a comparable actuator?

The Tiedown actuator you have is very similar to the Model 10 Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator # T4750620. It's almost identical. This would be exactly what you'd need.
