Wheel Chock Recommendation for a Honda Goldwing 1800
Question:
Which wheel chock would work best the above motorcycle? When mounting the wheel chock to a trailer, does it come with a steel plate under the trailer or is such a plate available?

It looks like the front tire on your Goldwing is a 130 width meaning it is just a little bit over 5 inches wide. This would be a great fit for the Rack'Em Manufacturing Removable Wheel Chock # RA-17 which accepts tires up to 6-1/2 inches wide.
There isn't a backing plate that comes with it or a specific one designed for it but I do recommend using one such as # e96RR since a full dress Goldwing is a heavy bike. You will likely have to drill holes in this backing plate though.
