Can Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter be Used with B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch

Will this rail system accommodate my Patriot 5th wheel hitch. I feel comfortable that this rail will fall right into the prep fittings in my 2016 Ram 3500, but my 5th wheel hitch is a Patriot 16k.

The slots on the top of the fifth wheel rail adapter part #DM6140 are 29 inches apart for the outside slots and 20-1/2 inches for the inside rails. Typically rails will have a third set of slots that are 10 inches apart.

I attached a picture of the Demco Rail Kit adapter part #DM6140 that shows a few dimensions. It's 22 inches between the rails on center. It would be 11 inches forward of the gooseneck hole it fits into.

Yes, you can take the head off of your current B and W Companion hitch and use the Ram Companion base part #BWRVB3600 to attach it to the rail kit of your 2017 Ram 2500 with the factory rail kit.
