I read that the roadmaster 1139-145 will fit the 2014 fr3 ds, but what about the 2018? Roadmaster is telling me the 1139-146 is the part.

Your coach has a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 18,000 lbs which is why this is the correct anti-sway bar for you. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar for Motorhomes part # RM-1139-145 that you referenced only works with coaches that have a 20,500 lb GVWR which would be the Forest River FR3 32DS.

You are right at the weight (22K) that means you can use either the part #RM-1139-149 which is for 22-24k motorhomes or the part #RM-1139-145 which is for 18-22k motorhomes. You can use either, but the higher rated one might be a bit stiffer…
