I've attached an article to help you with axle placement based on tongue weight. There is some math you will need to do for your specific trailer to find either the single axle location or the location of the center hanger in your case for a tandem axle application.

There are different hanger sizes to provide the height needed but you will need to know your tire diameter and then account for 4-1/2 or more inches of clearance above the tire to the underside of the trailer to ensure you have enough clearance for the suspension to work properly.

To further assist with hanger spacing, I've attached the Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double Eye Springs # APT5 and a reference to the hanger spacing of this kit offers for proper function. Please see attached photos and spacing based on axle diameter.
