I have two 23inch double eye springs and need to know the correct measurements between the front hanger to center hanger and rear hanger to center hanger

With the equalizer that comes included with the Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double Eye Springs # APT5 measuring 7-3/4 inches long (from eye to eye) and your leaf springs measuring 23 inches long, you will want to mount the front and rear hangers 28 inches from the middle of the center hanger. This will allow the shackle straps to sit at the correct position and move with the equalizer properly.
