That's a very nice set-up you have there and the best fifth-wheel hitch to add is the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500-5W which you would mount in the bed of your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 with the Custom Underbed Installation Kit # BWGNRK1016-5W. This is the set-up you would want to use if your Silverado did not have the factory fifth wheel rails with the pucks in the bed of your truck. If you did have that the Companion # BWRVK3700 will fit directly in the pucks of your Silverado.

The Companion is considered by many to be the highest-quality fifth wheel hitch available. With more than 400 reviews from our customers who have purchased it, this hitch has gotten a nearly unanimous 5-star rating.
It features dual jaws which are a full 1" thick to provide complete contact with your king pin so you can have faith that your connection is completely secure. I've added a picture of the jaws so you can see for yourself how impressive they are. The Companion is also going to give you a much quieter ride with less rattling than other fifth wheels due to that secure connection, along with the polyurethane bushings it has.

This hitch also has a pivoting head to make hooking up easier, a cam-action latch to deter binding, and offers three different height settings to ensure you are level with your fifth wheel and has a towing capacity of 20,000 lbs. I've added links to video reviews of the Companion and the installation kit for you to take a look at as well.
