For your 14 inch wheels, I recommend the Provider ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # TTWTRTM2157514D. This is a slightly smaller tire, but it is very well made. It is rated for 2,200 lbs at 65 psi and has a max speed rating of 81 mph. It has automotive grade sipes to channel water away for better traction. This will give you an outer diameter of 27 inches.

If you bump up to the 15 inch wheel, you will have a 28.31 inch diameter using the Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" White Mod Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # A225R645WM. This combination is rated for 2,540 lbs at 65 psi and speed up to 81 mph. This also comes with a 2 year warranty that includes roadside assistance 24/7 for that 2 years.
