Sidewinder Recommendaiton for Grand Design Solitude 384GK Towed by 2018 Ford F-350

Hello I just purchased a Grand Design Solitude 384GK. I have a 2018 F350 Short Bed. Was wondering if the Reese Goosebox would be a good option? Also if a offset ball would help. Thank you in advance

Your 2018 Grand Design Solitude 384GK has a Lippert 1621 pin box so the correct Goose Box you need is the # RP85FR. That said the Goose Box does not give additional clearance for turning and an offset ball really wouldn't help.
Since your 2018 Ford F-350 short bed has the factory rail kit what you'd want to do instead is install a Reese Sidewinder pin box instead of the Goose Box like the part # RP34FR which will give you the turning clearance you need with a fifth wheel hitch and not require a slider. Then for a hitch the B and W Companion part # BWRVK3300 would be an excellent option confirmed to fit. The Companion hitches are considered by many to be the nicest hitches you can buy so this would be a great option I know you'd be happy with. Then for the correct wedge for this hitch to the Sidewinder you'd want the # SWW-06.
