The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 14250, is confirmed to fit the 2005 Dodge Sprinter with the 118 wheelbase and does require the spare tire to be relocated. From my research the Sprinter wasn't released in the US market under the Mercedes-Benz name until 2010 so I'm assuming you have one that was manufactured for markets outside of the US.
If this is the case I can't say for sure how well the hitch will fit your van, or if the spare tire must be relocated. Although it's a pretty safe bet everything is the same as the Dodge.
