Expert Reply:

We have a rear-axle helper spring kit you can use on your 1998 E-350-based Class C motorhome to help correct for sag and sway, Timbren's rear jounce spring kit # TFER35092B which fits the 2WD versions. This is a no-drill kit with springs that replace your factory bump stops; a set provides 3600-lb leveling and stabilizing capacity. The instructions are linked to show you what is involved.

If you have a 4WD then your option is a rear air bag kit, such as # AL88138 from AirLift and # F2061 from Firestone. Both are designed for motorhome applications. These will require a more complex installation process than rubber springs.
