If you can confirm with your dealership that your 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0 Turbo AWD DOES have the factory tow package then you will use Curt T-Connector 4-pole harness kit # C56332.
But if you don't have it, or if you just don't even want to bother to find out, you can still always use the kit for the version without the tow package since it will still fit and work fine.
Tekonsha 4-pole Kit # 118571 will work on either version but its installation will be a little more involved than for the version for the tow package, which is a no-splice installation.
Kit # 118571 installs by joining the connectors to your tail light plugs at the back of the light housings, connecting a ring terminal for ground and by running one included wire up to the engine compartment and connecting it to the battery positive terminal using the supplied fuse holder.
We have a help article that provides guidance for routing that one wire; this article is linked for you. I also linked an installation video showing a 2013 Santa Fe.
