2009 Hyundai Santa Fe Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation
Question:
I have the limited edition so did this vehicle come with the trailer towing package?

The only sure way to know if a vehicle came with a tow package is to contact a Hyundai dealer with your VIN. With that info they will be able to tell if your vehicle came with the tow package. If your vehicle came with a factory hitch there is a good chance you have the tow package.
Or if you find the connection point for the Curt Harness part # C56346 and test the pins with a circuit tester like part # 3808 you can verify if this harness would work. It should be right under the rear of your vehicle on the driver side next to the exhaust on the body panel. Check out the video I attached to see where it is. You will need to test the pins of the connector (if present) for voltage when the taillight circuits are activated to find out if the # C56346 would work for you.
If not, then you would want the Curt Harness part # C56078. You should note that this harness will work on your vehicle regardless of if you have the tow package.
