Your Reese 16K Pro Series hitch RP30093 utilizes industry standard rails, so there are many options for your hitch upgrade. Because you are having a lot of chucking issues with your trailer and 2007 Chevy 2500 Classic, I recommend the Reese 16k # RP30047. This hitch has the dual jaw system to provide 360 degree king pin contact and secure the connection minimizing jarring and chucking. It also has a very strong base and a floating head that dampens vibration and minimizes rattle and noise while also increasing stability. It will be a significant upgrade from your Pro Series with its single jaw, slide bar system. I've attached some videos to assist.
