When you are replacing a hub and drum set, the way to tell what is the correct fit is by finding the inner and outer bearings numbers as well as the grease seal number. This tells us what hub is compatible with your spindle. I reached out to my contact at Hayes Axle and was able to find the correct bearings and grease seal that you need for your spindle.

He said that your inner bearing is the # L68149, outer bearing is # L44649, and grease seal is a 10-19 (which has an inner diameter of 1.719"). This means that the correct hub for your application is part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K for EZ lube spindle or part # AKHD-545-35-K for standard spindle on our site which have a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2". You can verify that you have the same bolt pattern by measuring from the center of one bolt to the center of one of the opposite bolts which would be 4-1/2" in length. You will need 4 of these to replace all of the hubs on your tandem axle trailer.

The brake self-adjusting assembly that I recommend going with is the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA. It is rated for your 3,500 lbs axles and is compatible with the above mentioned hubs. This kit comes with brakes for one axle. To replace the brakes on your tandem axle trailer you will need 2 sets.

I have attached installation videos for both the hub and drum assembly as well as the brakes for you to reference.
