As far as fitting your rim that is 4-1/2 inches, using a 5.30-12 size tire would be closer to what is recommended for your rim that the 4.80-12 that you are currently using.

The 5.30-12 is designed for 4-1/4 inch wheels, whereas the 4.80-12 is intended for 4 inch wide wheels. So as far as your wheel goes a 5.30-12 would be better for you. For a tire in the 5.30-12 size I would recommend a
Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire - 5.30-12 - Load Range D # AM10068.

You will want to make sure that the dimensions of your trailer and fender can accommodate the additional width and height of the 5.30-12 tire as compared to your 4.80-12.

The 5.30-12 will be .6 of an inch wider and 1.2 inches taller.
