Determining if Reese Goose Box will Fit Grand Design Trailer

Will I need an adapter to use this goosebox on the Grand Design 351m ?

The Reese Goose Box # RP94720 referenced in your question is designed to replace the Lippert 1621, 1621HD, and 0719 pin boxes. If your Grand Design Trailer features one of these model pin boxes, then this Goose Box will install and work perfectly. If your Grand Design happens to have the Lippert 1716 pin box, this will also work but you will need to add the Spacer Kit # RP61301. Otherwise a separate adapter will not be needed.
This Goose Box will allow you to tow your fifth-wheel trailer with a gooseneck hitch on your truck. The fully enclosed air bag and dual shock absorbers will also provide cushion and absorb road shock for a much smoother ride.
