Replacement for Al-Ko B850-3 Trailer Axle Needed

Question:

I have a 2007 T@B travel trailer with an Al-Ko trailer/axles. The rubber torsion tubes inside the axle are shot probably from overloading and Im looking for a replacement axle. The number on the axle says B850-3. Images attached. Do have a a replacement or can you suggest something please? Thank you!

To choose the correct trailer axle for your application you will first need to measure the Hub-Face (A in picture) and Spring-Center (B in picture) measurements on your current axle(s).

Since 800 kg converts to about 1,764 lbs I recommend looking at axles with a 2,000 lb capacity to be on the safe side of things. I have linked our selection of 2,000 lb axles for you to filter through.

If we do not have any axles with the same Hub-Face and Spring-Center measurements that you have then I do recommend checking out our Timbren axle-less systems. These are great because they are easier to install since the suspension is integrated into the system. One of our most popular 2,000 lb options is part # A20RS545 which comes with idler hubs that have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern on them.

Please note that the Timbren Axle-Less systems can be used in single and tandem axle applications only.

I have attached a sample installation video for you to check out as well.
