motorhome has 3rd eye brake light operating, others do not, can I wire a taillight converter off the 3rd eye signal and split to left/right taillights for brake light actions

Sounds like you may be looking for a 3 to 2 converter like part # RM-732 which will take a separate turn light circuit and combine it. But using this will require you to tap into the stop and turn light circuits.
