The Replacement Multi-Tow 6-Way and 4-Way Trailer Connector # 40965 will work on your 2006 Ford E350 Econo Van if you have the factory 7-way trailer connector. If you do not have that factory 7-way, then you would need the # ETBC6 to get your 6-way trailer connection by utilizing a current 4-way. If you don't have a 4-way, then I recommend starting with the Curt # C56020 which is a confirmed fit to your factory wiring located behind your tail lights. I've attached a few videos to assist.
