I may have a solution for you, but we do not have a standard factory replacement 4-Way available for your 2006 Toyota Tundra.

We do have the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness # HM43385 for your Tundra that will work if you have the correct factory ports at the rear of your truck. I have attached an image that shows the mating connectors on this harness. If the factory plugs under your vehicle match this image, then this will work great and provide you with both a 7-Way and 4-Flat connector.

Otherwise, to replace your existing 4-Way, you will just need to install a new one with the 4 Pole Harness # C59496. This is a universal, hardwire kit that features an integrated circuit and overload protection to safeguard the harness and your truck from electrical shorts.
