There is a 2,000 lb capacity Timbren Axle-Less Suspension with 4" Drop Spindle # ASR2KHDS09, though not a 1,200 lb one. I am not certain what you are referring to in terms of "strong enough" but it will work with 3,500 lb rated hub and drum assemblies # 84546UC3-EZ as well as 3,500 lb brakes. If you were referring to your trailer being strong enough, if you do not have a crossmember above where you want to install the Timbren one will need to be added, or you can reinforce your trailer's frame by adding standard, 2-inch-square steel tubing using the built-in square holes on the pair of units.

The system was designed to be used with off-road tires; I've added a link to a video review of this system for you to take a look at.

The # 84546UC3-EZ hub and drum assemblies work with 10" brake assemblies; a great option would be the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA, for which you'd need the Mounting Hardware for 10" Brake Assemblies # BRKH10B. As for castor and wheel assembly for the Ultimate Trailer Jack - A-Frame - Topwind # 322-RDJ-2K I recommend using the Removable, 6" Caster # JC-102. I've added links to video reviews of each of these products for you.
