Short version: Product is fine. Etrailer shipping is laughable at best.
First off, as far as the hitch goes, its a Curt product. Quality is great, it'll work just fine. At least the portion of the hitch that has arrived....
Dealing with Etrailer on the other hand has been a big disappointment. I specifically ordered this hitch from Etrailer because of the estimated delivery times. I needed the hitch prior to a weekend (for reference, the 20th) to move a trailer and the estimated delivery time was three days prior (the 17th) to that weekend.
AFTER the order was placed, the estimated delivery became the 19th, a friday.... okay, so my two day buffer was gone but it was still projecting to be here in time.
Friday rolls around and nothing delivers.
On the following Monday (the 22nd), one of two packages arrives in awful condition. Absolutely destroyed box, patched together with sections of cardboard and staples, and wrapped in tape, styrofoam all broken up... fortunatley its a beefy hitch and did not have anything other than cosmetic damage.
A 110lb hitch in a cardboard box. You think a company shipping a 100+lb hitch would take measures to protect their products a bit better.
I called etrailer and they said they would look into the missing portion of the shipment with UPS and get back to me. Should be quick right? Wrong.
I took the liberty of calling UPS directly to see if they could update me. Only 11 minutes on hold and they informed me they did not know where the package was and would start a claim. Okay... stuff happens. Figured I would call etrailer and take next steps.
I call etrailer back and they said they cant do anything until they hear back from UPS... I talked to UPS in 11 minutes so I'm not sure what they're waiting on. I asked if they would send me a separate set of legs (the missing package) so I could get this trailer moved, and they refused to do so until UPS responds to them (I guess etrailer cant make phone calls, email only).
I should have went with my gut and ordered elsewhere. Oh well. I know where to NOT take my business now. Package your products better and provide realistic estimated shipping times.

Best fifth wheel hitch I have ever purchased. I wish I could of had this type of hitch for my 2003 F-350. I use to have a Reese hitch that broke and left my fifth wheel laying on my bed rails it sure cost me a small fortune to get that fixed, I have hauled my new fifth wheel over 15,000 miles with out a problem what so ever. And some times I still have to look in the rear view mirror to make sure my trailer is still there. I recommend this product to anyone that pulls as much as I do, "Great Product". Sorry don't have any pictures...............

2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty
The Curt Q20 5th wheel trailer hitch went together easily. Be sure to read all the instructions prior to installing the hitch in your truck. I was somewhat disappointed in that the base pieces had places where the powder coat had rubbed off. The two pieces were packaged without being protected from each other. Would have been 5 stars except for the shipping damage.

Although I am new to using fifth wheel hitches, I Found this one to be quite difficult to install, due to the height adjustment bolts and aligning holes located in a very awkward place (under the 100lb center unit).
I would however like to highly commend etrailer for very prompt processing, and shipping of the order. I needed this hitch in two days, so I called their customer service to see what they could do. My order was processed within two or three hours of the call, and shipped out that very night! EXELENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THANK YOU!!!

Seems to work well, although you cannot see the color coded positions from the cab of your truck, as stated on the promotional video. It does seem be holding up well though. And it is pretty quiet.

Hitch showed up in three days. UPS destroyed one of the two boxes one is over 70 lbs. but this thing is pretty much bullet proof. To my surprise all the bolts and washers were still in the box even with the hole in the box and parts bag ripped open. Took less than ten minuets to assemble. Dropped right in to my F350 about a quarter turn on box bolts all there was to it. I Like easy! Works great!

This is one of the finest hitches I have ever had. I love the ease of operation, the strength it has, and its light weight enough that I can remove it by myself if I want to take my hitch completely out of the bed of my truck. It is a breeze to connect and disconnect by myself, which is a major plus for this solo traveler. The other bonus is the small profile in the bed of the truck, and I still have room to load all my art gear for a show. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

This 5th-wheel hitch has worked flawlessly! When towing my 40' Keystone Montana RV, it's virtually like it's on rails at any speed. Recently, I made the mistake of turning too sharply trying to exit the parking area where it had been stored, and hit a supporting pole of a chain link fence 4" before clearing it. That tore off the rear cap of my RV, but the hitch didn't budge or bend one iota! That thing is as solid as a rock and utterly dependable! I don't believe I will ever have to have it repaired much less buy a new one. Thank you for a truly OUTSTANDING product!

I received my 5 th wheel hitch today and put it in so I am a happy camper I looked all over on line and found e trailers they where one of the cheapest in price and had the direct factory hook up style there was a bit of a problem getting me the 5th wheel on time (out of stock ) but George informed me same days as order that he had ordered it direct from the factory but hurricane Irma slowed shipping once I received my truck from dealer I noticed it had the inside 7 pin connector so I asked could he remove this from my order and he did also spoke with a women and she said my shipment would arrive today and it did ! good parts (I only use reese and curt ) and better customer service I advise highly you use this company they still have good work ethic ! (rare today ) I give them a 6 stars out of 5 ! !! I will use them again thank you much donald a soon to be professional hauler !

returned a slider hitch that a friend gave me it was to loud in rear of truck,purchased the Q20 to get little heavier duty hitch and to use the new style mount plate in the new F350. packaging was great everything there and fast free delivery is a plus, hitch assembly very easy ,real quite. I would suggest a note in the box telling you that this hitch has a couple mount options so as not to be confused by the bolt hole pattern.called info number and they explained it, very informative and professional ,top notch from start of order to finnish thanks

This is the 2nd q20 I have purchased I have one installed on an older truck. This one I got for the ford oem 5th wheel system with a little adjustment for the locks for the legs the hitch went together easily . I would recommend the curt and etrailer shipping was quick. thanks

So far so good. Seems to be a good product. The only complaint would be that the plastic bushings where the pins go though , mating the two piece hitch together are tore and it has a clunk every time I start from a dead stop. Hook up and release works well and it’s built very stout in my opinion.
