Is Draw Tite 20023 Long Enough for 8 Foot Bed on 1990 Chevy C/K Series Pickup?
Question:
First of all, your site is awesome. Although I am not sure if this 7 way 20023 will be long enough for an 8ft long bed? I put all the information for the make and model, but bed length was not an option. Also, are the wiring instructions fairly clear and to the point for someone who has minimal experience, can I wire this on my own? I will need to put in the break control module, and does it also come with clear instructions, that a backyard mechanic can install and get both working together? I am debating on just taking the truck to our local trailer shop to have all the wiring done, but would really like to save the extra money and purchase everything from your company. It would be great to have images of the instructions on your site, to make my purchase of the products more confidently. Thank you so much for your time.

The Draw-Tite 7-Way Pre-Wired Car Connector # 20023 has a 7 foot lead, which should be plenty of length to work with the 8-foot bed of your 1990 Chevy C/K Series Pickup. The directions are straightforward and not particularly lengthy; I've sent them to you so that you can determine if this is a job you want to attempt yourself.
I've also added a link to a video review of this part for you to take a look at.
