do you carry a bike fork front mount that is compatible with the Nissan utilitrack? Specifically the fork mount needs to be able to attach to the "Nissan utilitrack" on the floor of the truck bed. 2016 Frontier

What you will need is a wheel mount rack such as the Thule Insta-Gater Pro # TH93VR which will not require any drilling or bolting, and instead is held in place at the tailgate opening of the truck bed. I've left a video review of this rack for you as well.
