Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver for a 2010 Ram 3500
Question:
I have a 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 four door short box 4x4 diesel truck. I am looking for a front hitch that I can bolt on so I can back my travel trailer into my storage area more easily. The trailer weights 8000 pounds and I suspect the hitch weight is around 750 pounds. It is a very level pull. Would this product work Item # 65063. Very many thanks.

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65063 is a confirmed fit for your 2010 Ram 3500. With that being said, the total tongue weight allowed for this trailer hitch receiver is only 500 lbs. This is the highest rated front mount hitch receiver we have for your Ram. Therefore, I cannot recommend you use this hitch for a trailer with a total tongue weight of 750 lbs.
