Recommended Light Kit And Towing Components To Tow 2006 Jeep Wrangler Behind RV
Question:
Do you offer a plug and play solution for towing 2006 Jeep Wrangler behind RV? Do your kits light up just the rear tail lights or all of the side clearance lights?

A pretty simple "plug and play" option light kit for towing your 2006 Jeep Wrangler behind your RV is the Hopkins Customer Tail Light Kit Item # HM56202. This wires your Jeep Wrangler with signal lights for braking, turning, and general tail lights required for flat towing by your RV. No cutting or splicing required and connection points are located behind your vehicle's tail lights.
Other items you might need for towing your 2006 Jeep Wrangler are a tow bar, a vehicle specific base plate, safety chains, and supplemental braking.
I recommend the Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain Tow Bar Item # RM-576 because it is compatible with your Jeep and the safety cables are included. The Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit # RM-521424-4 fits the Sterling All Terrain Tow Bar. However, there are different front bumper options for your Jeep so you might need a different plate. The SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Braking System Item # SM99251 because it is a one time set-up that works with your RV's brake lights. Several options for high-low adapter are also available if needed (Link to our inventory selection attached).
Before making final decisions about anything, be sure to check your owner's manual for flat towing suggestions or recommendations.
